The forum will meet quarterly with a rolling Chair and agenda to be set annually, with opportunities for additional agenda items, guests, new members and topical discussions to include communities, biodiversity and landscape to be submitted in advance.

Meetings will last no longer than 2½ hours they will be held normally in central Leeds with dial in opportunities for those not able to attend, depending on the frequency of meetings agreed some may be carried out via tele or web conferencing.
