YHREF in the Field - March 2010

DateThursday, March 11, 2010
Topic Environment Governance & Civic Participation

Every month YHREF provides a digest of policy happenings and reports from the Yorkshire and Humber region. This is now known by the snappy title - 'YHREF In the Field'.

If you can contribute to making this a more complete picture then please let us know where you are and what you have just sat through and we can combine forces and maybe find a way through the muddy field of regional happenings, city regions and local plans - info@yhref.org.uk

March 2010

  • Regional Planning Board - YHREF Rep Notes (4th March 2010) - There was a report outlining progress on sub-regional planning assessments. The board has adopted an approach of building up regional planning policy through evidence and assessments at the sub-regional level and an LGYH officer has been assigned to each of the four sub regions to take this work forward.

  • Notes from 'How Much Housing and Where?' - An informal discussion between members of Yorkshire and Humber Regional Planning Board. 5th March 2010, LGYH, Wakefield.
