Help Yorkshire combat climate change.For every £10 donation we will plant a tree in Yorkshire at an approved White Rose Forest site. Each tree will be a part of a new woodland plantation supported by its local authority and to a standard approved by the Forestry Commission.

The ideal gift

Trees for Yorkshire make an ideal gift for any special occasion. Once the tree has been planted we will send you

a personalised Certificate of Donation with a map showing where the site is
a photograph of planted area
an invite you to a ‘talk and walk’ event *

^{* Trees are planted from November to March, therefore the talk and walk event will be the following summer}

Our planting projects

Trees for Yorkshire will be made up of a number of different planting projects throughout the White Rose Forest. Go to Explore the White Rose Forest choose your local district and click on any 'Gold £' icon. This will give you details of each project so you can choose where your donation goes.

As of 1st August 2010 the project for Trees for Yorkshire is Scammonden Water in Kirklees.
